Training and Background

Emma joined Robinson Allfree in April 2010, moving from the West Kent area where she worked for a sole practitioner practising in both contentious and non contentious work.  Emma has over 20 years experience in the commercial sector and 9 years experience in the law following a change of career.  Emma qualified as a solicitor in April 2009 and became a Partner in May 2011.

Specialisms and Expertise

Emma heads our Broadstairs conveyancing team and specialises in both domestic and commercial conveyancing, leases, non-contentious landlord & tenant work and property related matters for our matrimonial and probate teams.  Emma deals with the acquisition and disposal of small businesses including share sale agreements, and business asset sales.  Emma is also involved in the marketing of the Firm.

Personal

Emma lives outside Canterbury in the beautiful countryside with her husband, 3 cats and black labrador and is an avid gym member, runner and cyclist. She enjoys getting involved in charity events such as the Three Peaks Challenge, The London to Brighton Bike Ride and the Port Lympne Rhino Bike Ride.
